I’m Kerynn of Mama in Mind Doula Services. I am a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Lactation Counselor, Childbirth Educator, and Herbalist serving Sacramento and the surrounding areas. I began my career in birth work in 2019. 

I currently offer Pregnancy Doula Support, Birth Doula Services, and Postpartum Doula
Services, as well as Breastfeeding Support Visits. I’ve also recently opened my herbal shop Mama in Mind Botanicals (a BIG thank you to Angelique who helped make all my shop dreams come true, I couldn’t have done it without her!). My shop offers the handmade herbal products I make and gift to all my clients, as well as some other wonderful goodies to gift to yourself, friends, and family! I believe deeply in the value of holding space for you during this big process of becoming a
parent.

I also love education and helping you make informed choices in your birthing and postpartum decisions. I provide hands-on help and support in your home, in the birth room, and in the weeks after birth. I truly believe having somebody who is there for YOU, to listen, support, educate, advocate, and help makes such a difference during this transition to parenthood.
